DA-IICT, a UGC recognized statutory university, is a major educational and research institution of Reliance ADAG. The institute is inviting applications from eligible candidates for admission to the following programs starting July, 2011.
Undergraduate Program (UG)
B. Tech. (Information and Communication Technology): 4-year (8 semesters) full time degree program
Eligibility: Candidate should be a pass in final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent with 50% marks for general category candidates and 40% marks for SC/ST category. Candidates who have appeared in final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and any one of Chemistry/Bio-technology/Computer Science/Biology can apply. The candidate should be born on or after 01 October 1986.
Selection Process: Admission to the 2011 Batch of B Tech (ICT) program will be based on the All India Rank of AIEEE 2011 (All India Engineering Entrance Examination 2011), which is being conducted by CBSE on 01 May 2011. A limited number of seats will be offered through a separate channel called "Direct Admission of Foreign and NRI Students" (DAFS) to Non-Resident Indians, Foreign Nationals and Persons of Indian Origin.
Scholarships: All the students admitted to the B Tech program, with an AIEEE All India Rank better than 5000, would be awarded merit scholarship equivalent to full tuition fees. In addition, five merit-cum-means scholarships would be offered to the students with the highest All India Ranks in AIEEE, subject to a means (income) test.

Postgraduate programs (PG)
1) M.Tech. (Information and Communication Technology): 2-year (4 semesters) full time degree program
Eligibility: BE/BTech in : ICT/CSIT/EE/ECE/I&C or equivalent as given on DA-IICT website at
http://www.daiict.ac.in
Selection Process: Admission to M Tech (ICT) will be based on valid GATE score in the disciplines of Electronics & Communication (EC), Computer Science (CS) and Information Technology (IT) only.
Number of seats: 50
Stipend: Nearly all students are eligible for getting stipend in the form of Teaching Assistantship (TA).
2) M.Sc. (Information Technology): 2-year (4 semesters) degree program
Eligibility: Graduate of any discipline as given on DA-IICT website at
http://www.daiict.ac.in
Selection: Admission to MSc(IT) program will be through an entrance test at select cities followed by counseling at DA-IICT.
Number of seats: 90
3) M.Sc. (ICT in Agriculture and Rural Development): 2-year (4 semesters) degree program
Eligibility: Bachelor in Agriculture or allied disciplines as given on DA-IICT website at

Selection: Admission to MSc(ICT in ARD) program will be through an entrance test at select cities and interview at DA-IICT.
Number of seats: 20
4) M.Des.(Communication Design): 2-year (4 semester) degree program
Eligibility: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent as given on DA-IICT website at

Selection: Admission to MDes(Communication Design) program will be through an entrance test and interview at DA-IICT.
Number of seats: 20
5) Doctorate program: PhD program
Eligibility: ME/MTech/BE/BTech in : ICT/CSIT/EE/ECE/I&C or equivalent as given on DA-IICT website at

Selection: Admission to PhD program will be through an entrance test and interview at DA-IICT.
Stipend: Up to a maximum of Rs 25000 per month
