CLAT is an all India entrance examination conducted for admissions to their under-graduate and post-graduate degree programmes (LL.B & LL.M).

Eligibility criteria
For under graduate courses: Senior Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognised board with not less than 45% marks in aggregate.
For post graduate courses: LL. B/B. L. Degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized University with not less than 55% marks in aggregate.
The candidates who are appearing or have appeared in the qualifying degree examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to appear in the test.
AGE: 20 years as on 1st July 2013 (22 years in case of SC and ST candidates)
HOW TO APPLY:
- Printed OMR Application Forms along with the CLAT-2013 Information Brochure can be received at the designated branches of SBI and in all the participating NLUs against payment of Rs.3000/- only excluding the bank charges.
- Application Form and CLAT-2013 Information Brochure can also be procured through registered/speed post by sending a requisition letter (with Father's Name, Contact Numbers, detail Mailing Address and PIN Code) to the Convener, CLAT-2013, Hidayatullah National Law University, Post – Uparwara, Abhanpur, New Raipur – 493661 (Chhattisgarh) along with a Demand Draft of Rs.3100/- drawn in favour of "Registrar, HNLU – CLAT 2013 A/C" to be payable at Raipur.
