CMSE 2015
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the exam dates for Combined Medical Services Exam (CMSE-2015), which will be conducted in June 2015.

Combined Medical Services Exam is conducted for recruitment of Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways, Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Services, Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in Indian Ordnance Factories Health Service, Medical Officers in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.

Date of CMSE Sunday, June 28, 2015.
Paper Pattern
• Combined Medical Service Examination consists of 2 papers of 200 marks each.
• Both the paper is of objective type. Paper I includes a) general medicine including Cardiology, Neurology, Dermatology and Psychiatry (60%) b) Surgery including ENT, Ophthalmology, Traumatology and Orthopaedic (40%).
• Paper II includes a) Paediatrics (20%) b) Gynaecology and Obstetrics (40%) c) Preventive, Social and community Medicine (40%).
Eligibility Criteria
• Candidate has to pass in the written and practical parts of the final MBBS examination. Candidates appearing at the final MBBS examination are also eligible to apply.
• Candidates qualifying on the result of the written part of the examination will be required to submit proof of passing the written and practical parts of final MBBS examination along with their detailed application form to be filled up at that stage.
• A candidate who has yet to complete the compulsory rotating internship is educationally eligible for admission to the examination but on selection he will be appointed only after he has completed the compulsory rotating internship.
