| Educational Qualification:- For Manager (Technical Services & OEM): Candidates must have passed Full Time Regular Graduate Degree in Engineering with a Specialisation in Mechanical or Chemical. |
| For Deputy Manager (Retail Sales and Channel Development): Candidates must have passed Full Time Regular Graduate Degree in Engineering or 2 Years' Full Time Regular Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management or MBA. |
| For Assistant Manager (Industrial Sales): Candidates must have passed Full Time Regular Graduate Degree in Engineering with a Specialisation in Mechanical or Chemical or Petro-Chemical or Petroleum. |
| For Assistant Manager (IT): Candidates must have passed Full time Regular Graduate degree in Engineering or MCA. |
| For Manager (Trust Funds): Candidates must have passed CA or ICWA. |
