| Indian Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT 2) 2015 notification has been released by Indian Air Force for Commissioned Officer vacancies in Flying, Technical and Ground Duty Branches. Eligible candidates (Both Male and Female) can apply online through careerairforce.nic.in from 27-6-2015 to 23-7-2015. AFCAT exam is a Common Admission Test conducted by Indian Air Force every year twice in the month of February and August. |

| Eligibility Criteria: | ||||||||||||
| 1) Flying Branch Age Limit: The age of candidates should be between 20-24 years as on 1st July (born between 2nd July, 1992 to 1st July, 1996). Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate and pass in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level or B.E./B.Tech degree with minimum 60% marks. |

| 2) Technical Branch Age Limit: The age of candidates should be between 20-26 years as on 1st July (born between 2nd July, 1990 to 1st July, 1996). Educational Qualification: Four-year degree holder from a recognised university with 60% marks in aggregate or cleared sections A and B exam of Associate Membership Examination of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers by actual studies. |

| 3. Ground Duty Branch: Age Limit: The age of candidates should be between 20-26 years as on 1st July (born between 2nd July, 1990 to 1st July, 1996). Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Graduation degree in Commerce/Post Graduation degree/diploma in any discipline/CA/ICWA with 50% marks. |

| Section Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in AFCAT followed by Intelligence Test, Psychological Test, Group Test, Medical Test and Interview conducted by Air Force Selection Boards. Note: i) Candidates who have applied for Technical Branch also have to appear in Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT). ii) Candidates applying for Flying Branch must appear for CPSS (Computerised Pilot Selection System) and Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT). |
