Statement: The accident occurred because the car collided with a truck travelling at a very slow speed.

I\'ll be happy to go with the 4th option because here the question is not explained properly that about how the accident has been occured while the question is about giving only the situation that anythhow accident can be occured.

Both can happen.  If car is at high speed it can hit the truck with a greater force so there will a greater damage

The car cannot collide from back even if it travels at a very high speed so the ans is the first one.
