In today's competitive work culture , some people prefer using machines while others stick to working with hands.I prefer working by hand as it adds to skill , pays well and is unparalleled when it comes to quality which is important in some important fields.

A work that is performed by a person on his own helps him in understanding that work properly and thus increasing his confidence and performance. For ex- I always prefer solving maths orally or , if necessary using pen and paper rather than using calculator. This has helped me in computing maths problem quickly.Also when a person does a work by himself he tends to retain it for longer time as it is saved in his memory forever.

The hand job is inevitable in some scenario and thus include huge sums of money that are paid. I remember, when the garbage cleaner at my house got blocked , I have to call a plumber to get it working again. The cost of getting it working again , cost me more than the cleaner itself. Thus the hand job in some working environment cannot be replaced.

There are jobs where the thing that we are working on is so delicate that it needs skilled hands and experienced brain to complete it.This ensures quality. For example , I watched a TV show where they told how things were made, and in that they mentioned the importance in carving the metal , to turn it into a samurai Japanese sword- Katana and also effort and experience required to maintain quality and consistency.

So the jobs done by hand are very important and no matter how much we advance in the field of technology , they will still be needed. A skilled person is always required by hiring company and they pay huge sums to them. The quality , in SOME fields can only be maintained by the skilled hands only.

Aarush...first, do not capitalize a word. I understand that you are trying to emphasize the word, but in formal writing this is not done. Your ideas of okay, but they really needs to be developed more and your examples need to be much more specific. As it stands, they really don't explain why you prefer working with your hands nor do they fit the ideas you mention in your introduction. For instance, why is quality important for "you" when you work on something with your hands. The example you use doesn't really explain this. Same goes with the second point. The example doesn't show how working with "YOUR" (and I mean your hands.specifically) doesn't fit with the idea of paying well. Furthermore, you do not truly answer the question. The question is about you and thus, everything should be focused on you.
