The topic is about subprime mortgage crisis that made so many changes in united states and also in the rest of the world during 2000’s. This change give rise to the bursting of the housing bubble
in 2005 to 2006 the housing market was in peak and during that peak there is rising in housing prices and promoting incentives for housing loans in terms of initial terms . This thing encouraged the borrowes to assume that refinance their mortgages at easier terms .after that interest rates started to rise and then housing prices was going to be down . So as a result borrowers were unable to finance.this gives the defaults and foreclosure activities ehich singnificantly expired the loan terms
when home prices fell and interest rates rose

There are another factors also which give rise to and then fall down the housing prices but before the crisis US received a huge amount of foreign investment from india and china and from oil producing countries.during 2002 to 2004 the flow of foreign investment continued with US low rates and it will affect not only to house bubble but credit bubble also. During 2002 to 2004 loans of various companies such as housing , credit cars and autos were easier to get and will this led to consumers a huge debt loan . High percentages of debt lendig were adjustable in 2004 . During 2008 major collapses , massive defaults were done then there was rise in subprime lending.

Jasmeet, this is a good attempt, but it it doesn't cover all 3 points. You also need to work on grammar and vocabulary as there are errors in these areas which make it difficult to understand what you mean.
