Topic:-when people need to complain about a product and service, some prefer to complain in writing and other prefer to complain in person. which way do you prefer.

When it comes to a bad product and service people prefer two choices for complain. Some prefer to complain in writing and other prefer in person. I prefer to complain in writing rather than in person. In written, we can make a good impression, we can keep it as a record and we can explain everything in it very effectively.
Firstly, a written complaint makes a good impression on a person who receives it. It looks like a very effective and formal. For instance, last year I was suffering from electricity because some wires were loose at home. However, electricity department was flippant about it and their service was languid. I told them number of times. Then I written a letter to electricity department about my problem and this was really helped me and within a week my problem is solved out.
Secondly, we can keep a written complaint as a record for future. In verbally we have no record about complaint and if we complain in writing then we can keep a copy as a record. For example, I complained to my bank because my money is debited by the bank for no reason. I told about it to them they said that it will never happen again but it happened and then I written a letter about it to the bank and keep bank signed copy as a record against my complaint.
Finally, in letter we can explain our problems very effectively and explain everything in it. Verbally we cannot explain everything correctly. Sometimes verbal complaint changes in quarrels. In written, our effective explanation about problem helps a person who receives a letter or he/she can easily understand our problem and take some serious action on it.
In conclusion, I would like to say that complain in written is effective then in person. It helps others to understand it and we can explain our problem in letter and it makes a good impression on others.

This is a much better job than last time, Sukhramandeep. It's much more developed and better structured. Continue to work on vocabulary and grammar. There are places where it is hard to understand due to poor grammar and word choice. The errors are not that bad, but working on grammar will make things much clearer.
