Is there an simplest way for obtaining the transfer function of a signal flow graph other than applying masons gain formula??
another query is that by converting a comparatively large signal flow graph into its block diagram equivalent and later applying reduction technique can be able to minimize the time involved in using masons gain formula which can lead to wrong answers if we fail to interpret the loops in the flow graphs accurately???
