Q24The education effectiveness of einstein high school has improved over the past two decades as the rate of students going for further education has increased considerably.This has been possible despite the fact that the school funding is the same as it was twenty years ago when adjusted for inflation.Thus according to the author there is no need to make any substantial increase in the school funding at this time. The conclusion above is questionable because of some of the assumptions made by the author.Firstly the rate of students going for further education has improved, so we cannot be sure that the actual number of students has increased or not.Thus is the improvement might not be certain.Secondly it is assumed that the lack of increase in funding has not affected the education effectiveness of the school.Also there can be many different reasons for the improvement in the education effectiveness over the time period. The first statement that the rate of students who went on to attend a college or university is questionable as the rate might have improved but the actual number of students going for further education might have declined.This may be possible as the total number of students studying in the school could have reduced and thus the actual number of students despite the rate being increased may have declined. Secondly the improvement is assumed to have occured despite the lack of any considerable increase in funding,whereas the improvement in education effectiveness is likely ton be caused by the increase in awareness about education as well as the increased value of education in the modern day society.Also the lack of funding may have restricted the improvements which otherwise would have been much more as better facilities can be provided to the students only with the increase in the schools funding. Morever the scenario today is a lot different from the scenario twenty years ago.There have been various changes which could have possibly caused the increase and it may not be certain that what caused an improvement earlier, may yeild the same results again. Therfore had the author been more clear about the asumptions ,it would have been much more clear.Also had the the author taken in acount the change in scenario from what it had been two decades ago,it would have been more conclusive. The without this information the argument remains unsustainable and open to debate.
