Internet is an excellent source of imformation but some seems to be not agree with this because they think that much imformation creates confussion. according to me its depend on the use that is if you use it wisely then its a graet source of imformation other wise you will definitly confuse yourself like if you read a topic but didn't read it completely from the internet then you definitly going to have a wrong idea about that.

On the other hand, you can get proper ideas about the person or topic because there are many sites that can give you imformation about that thing for example lets say how to calculate income tax. for this yuo can get an idea about it on wikypaedia or you can search it on the you tube where they demonstrate it with proper examples.

It is also a good source of th imformation about the world like you can have a good idea about your neibourers from the social interacting sites like twiter and facebook, about politicians that what are their aggendas and what are they saying on the topic on youtube even you can guess  are they really doing that those things from their life history from the internet.

The other most important thing is as we are growing we are creating things that can be a part of history,which are sometimes very important.but the main problem is these happens in different parts of the world so not everyone is aware of them but after the internet has came in to our lives,it is possible. even one can check in history, i mean thousands of years back when are not even born and can get ideas about the matter precisely.

No doubt it can create confussions when we read a topic in much details and theoris. but that can be corrected by crosschecking it on other web sites. so i think internet is a great source of imformation.
