I am interested in doing MS after completing my engineering and i am in 3/4 b.tech 2nd sem now.i wrote gre once and got gre-820(quant-540,verbal-280,awa-3.0).i will write gre once again in my 4'1 sem.i just want to know how much gre score and awa score along with my academics percentage will the universities look for taking me into their institute.i am interested in studying electronics based courses in good US universities having research orientation that will provide good amount of aid.
