10 yrs ago, average age=24 total age=4*24=96 presently= 96+40+x+x-2=24*6 and x=5 so yongest child=3

Bank rate is that if a customer or an account holder invest money in the bank and get revert in term of interest as exact rate is called bank rate. Repo rate is in simple term the bank gets loan from RBI on certain rate is called repo rate.
