BW=(108-88)MHz=20MHzcarrier swing=2*(peak freq deviation)here peak freq. deviation=(130KHz/2)=65KHznow by carson\'s rule (as we dont know it is narrow band fm or not) BW=(2*peak freq deviation 2 * modulating freq.)so modulation index will be= (frequency deviation/ modulating freq). plz rectify if i am wrong.
