MBA Wizard 2012: Biggest Pre-Entrance Contest for MBA Aspirants

Terms & Conditions

The contest is open only for twelve weeks- October 3rd to December 25th 2011.
Participating students are required to attempt tests under MBA Category.
Each student must attempt a minimum of 3 Featured tests in a week or the Week's Mock test.
Students can attempt both Featured tests & the Week's Mock test.
Each Featured test/week's mock to be taken only once per participant.
A statistically valid aggregate standardized score will be used to identify winners. Statistical tools like Linear equating and scaling will be used to offset inequalities in difficulty levels of the test to reach at this score as per Industry Standard Norms
The rights to decide the winners lie with TCYonline.com and its decision is final & binding.
Students need to submit their photo identification proof and actual exam registration details.
The student may be disqualified at any stage of this contest, in case it is found that information / documents submitted were false.
Any dispute arising out of this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent Courts in Ludhiana, irrespective of whether Courts in other areas have concurrent or similar Jurisdiction, unless stated otherwise elsewhere in the terms and conditions. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim to TCY.
TCY reserves the right to approach participants/parents for Marketing purposes through Telephone / Mobile / SMS / Email by the bank / its agents.
TCY would not be liable or held responsible for any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, Telecom, SMS & E-mails service provider.
