UGC NET has been announced the schedule for Junior Research fellowship and to determine eligibility for Lectureship and for award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) for Indian Nationals in order to ensure minimum standard for the entrants in the teaching profession and research. The opening date for online application is 29.03.2011. Closing date for online application is 25.04.2011. Last date of receiving the documents is 02.05.2011.
Eligibility: The candidates must have secured at least 55% marks in Master’s Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognized by UGC.
Examination Fee: General category: Rs.450/-
Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer, as per the Central list of OBC available on website: www.ncbc.nic.in ) Rs.225/-
SC/ST/PH/VH candidates Rs.110/-
AGE: The Age should not be more than 28 years as on 01.06.2011
Exam Date: The Exam will be held on 26th June 2011 (Sunday).
