10. 2 year MBA course:The candidates seeking admission in MBA must have cleared MAT conducted by the AIMA.

How To Apply

Intending candidates may collect admission Prospectus-cumapplicationform for the desired course(s) inpersonon payment of (a)Rs. 350/-(Three hundred fifty) for the courses under Prospectus – Afrom the Assam University Cash Counterat Silchar Head Quarter andDiphu Campuson working days upto 2 pm.

Prospectus can also be collected on payment of Rs. 30/- (Thirty) additional as service chargefrom the Head Post Officesat Hailakandi, Patharkandi, Haflong, Badarpur, Diphu andBranches of Axis Bankat Silchar, Karimganj, Guwahati, Nagoan, Jorhat, Imphal, Dimapur, Aizwal, Shillong, Agartala, Dharmanagar, Siliguri, Kolkata, and Burdwan, Delhi, Allabahad, Hyderabad.

The form may also be downloadedfrom the website http://www.assamuniversity.nic.in and submitted along with demand draft infavour of Finance Officer, Assam University Silcharpayable at SBI, NIT Branch, Silchar or UCO Bank of Assam University Branch, Silchar being cost of prospectus andapplicationfee.

The candidates who have appeared in TDC Part III examination 2010 of Assam University or any other university may also submitapplicationfor admission into PG Courses.

The candidates within geographical jurisdiction of Assam Universitymay submit their duly filled inapplicationform in boxesplaced at the Raja Rammohan Roy Administrative Building Assam University,Silcharand Administrative Office,Diphu Campusor at the office of the GC College, Silchar,KarimganjCollege, Karimganj, SS College,Hailakandi,Haflong Govt. College,Haflongupto 16th June 2010.

Applicants may also send their applications by post,addressed toRegistrar, Assam University, Silchar 788011.

The envelop should be super-scribedasAPPLICATIONFOR ADMISSION.Candidates opted for admission in Diphu Campus should submit theirApplicationForm at Diphu Campus office only.
