last tym it came on wednesday...no convention there....well i called up andhe said result wud b announced within july only but nxt week not dis week..dat leaves 2 options 30th/31st... dis really sucks.... btw em on wid my prep ..my expectec score is 213 n hope to clear pre ... actually em more eagerly waiting for the mains exam schedule/scheme rather dan pre result so dat i can plan my prep dat way... n all dose who r waitin fr d pre result to start dere main prp shud nt wait fr pre result coz if u hvnt prep fr mains til now ...u wont b able to do much in nxt 2 months either...u r doomed to fail...syll shud b finish by now atleast of opionals...

Very helpful. Need of the hour now is to keep studying diligently for mains because knowledge will always come handy irrespective of the UPSC results. All the best to all the aspirants for results.
The UPSC result always comes on thursday. If anyone is refuting my claims, then please check previous year results. 26th july or 2 aug is the day for the result.
