Manager's responsibility is to bring out the maximum potential from his team members. he needs to motivate his team members for better co ordination. A well driven and arranged organization always have a better process route.Team members need not only monetary motivation but also mental motivation to do their work in efficient manner. It is manager's responsibility to cope up with his team and fetch his team with motivation .Motivation are of two types.
