An island is inhabited by people and strange monkeys, and you cannot identify who's who. They either tell a lie or speak the truth. When you talked to two inhabitants A and B, their replies were as follow:

A: "B is a lying monkey. I am human."
B: "A is telling the truth."

Who is/are the human(s)?

A
B
Both A and B
None of these

Why can't we consider both of them lying? I mean A claims that he is a lying monkey and he is human .... Considering that he is right B said that a is right and telling the truth .... that means that he is really a lying monkey ... "MONKEYS DO NOT TALK !!!" so nor a or b is telling the truth! I am not convinced that b is telling the truth
