I guess the answer is a bcoz in only one case image is formed behind the mirror when the object is kept in between pole and principal focus .the nature of the image formed in 5 positions is real in only one position it is virtual as i said above moreover i dont know what is meant by double foci i guess it means there are 2 focal points whereas image is formed at only one point
