I have been teaching English for last 10 years and i can definately give you some tips.(1) Understanding tenses and their meaning(2)so that you can use appropriate sentences in different situations.(3)You will become familiar with daily use vocabulary by reading simple story books.Writing your daily diary in English would be a good idea,our brain has to work a lot while writing.(4)listening to good English can work wonders,it is like learning English NATURALLY.And speak in English whenever it is possible(without hesitation).In nutshell, reading,writing speaking and listening activities can surely make you a fluent speaker and proficient writer.GOOD LUCK.

Do not go for ICFAI if u have work ex. Continue working and u can do CFA ( AIMR i.e America wala). This will provide more value addition rather working from the institute u have mentioned.
