An isosceles triangle is drawn outside, keeping one of the sides of a square as the base, in such a way that the perimeter of the complete figure is times the perimeter of the original square.

What is the ratio of the area of the triangle to the area of the original square?

If a train crosses a km-stone in 12 seconds, how long will it take to cross 91 km-stones completely if its speed is 60 km/hr?

1 hr 30 min
1 hr 30 min 12 sec
1 hr 51 min
1 hr 1 min 3 sec

Isn't it should be this way? speed of train = 50/3 m/s time = 12 sec distance = speed * time but the distance = length of train 1km stone i.e. l 1000 = 50/3 *12 which is not possible.. where am i wrong here? thanks in advance.
