anti positive,anti-management,anti theoratical,more over it only tries to reflect the shortcomming in the existing aministration system.only radical in its approach but quit same in its bacis threory relating to adminstation.

Saravanan s asks : my correct answers are 69 in pub ad & 68 in gs. But after deducting neg marks, i will get only 130 marks in pub ad and 40 marks in gs (130+40 =170 marks). Please tell me about my chance..?
