A rectangular courtyard 3.78 m long and 5.25 m wide is to be paved exactly with square tiles. What is the largest size of the tile, which could be used for the purpose?

1. area of rectangular court yard = L*B =3.78*5.25 =19.845sq.m

2. now check the optins which gives nearly = .01 ( by dividing the area )
3. 14 gives 0.014175
4. 42 gives 0.0047
5. 21 gives 0.00945
6. 30 gives 0.0066

option 14 . as this is soo near with others
