You need accuracy as well as speed if you want to beat your competitors in PO/Clerical paper. You have only 120 minutes to attempt 200 questions or 36 sec for each question. So every second counts…
Tips for Reasoning Section:
1) Try to attempt those set of questions first which have one common direction because if you understand the directions you can easily solve your questions but avoid minor mistakes.
2) Attempt coding decoding questions very carefully and don’t waste more than 35-40 seconds on each question.
3) Try to attempt Input-Ouput and Visual Reasoning questions in last.
4) Give more focus on verbal reasoning part during your preparation.
5) Don’t spend more than 40-45 minutes on this section.
Tips for Quant / Data Interpretation Section:
1) Do as much as calculation practice as you can. Remember more you play with numbers,more you can score in this section.
2) Give more focus on Percentage +Profit and Loss + Average topics.For more questions on these topics ,
3) Read the directions of graphs very carefully and spend alteast 1 min to study the graph and directions.
4) Make good approximations while doing calculations but only when there is some difference in the values given in options.
5) Always read carefully that the figures given in graph or table are in percentage form or in simple numeric form.
Tips for Verbal and GK:
1) Give more focus on economic issues and schemes laid down by government in last 10-12 months.
2) Daily Read newspaper and note down the headlines on a separate copy or sheet.
3) Try to communicate or discuss with your family or friends on current issues ,it will boosts up your confidence as well as your knowledge
4) Read books on marketing and computers, Specially the terminology used in marketing and computer,no need to go in-depth.
5) Read Newspapers and magazines as much as you can, especially HINDU because of good content and vocabulary.
6) Brush up your basics of grammar
